Yoga Therapy is a unique form of yoga intended to bring greater balance to all aspects of the human body. Leanna has had the special opportunity to learn this practice of yoga over the years from Shar Lee, who has also been teaching yoga for over 50 years. 

The initial session will set the foundation and include a gait analysis followed by a customized sequence of yoga therapy poses and breath work to take and practice daily for three months. Future sessions will build upon this foundation.
