I offer birth support for expecting mothers in the full experience before and throughout pregnancy with techniques to encourage balance and a calm confidence. I work closely with a few local midwives and remain on call as an additional birth doula support. I support mamas in the precious time after birth in rebalancing their systems and navigating the journey with the sweet soul who’s newly come earthside. 

For newborns, I offer a weekly community Cranial baby clinic or private sessions as requested.

Cranial work for newborns is gently effective in helping with conditions such as but not limited to: tongue/lip tie, overlapping plates, birth trauma, fussyness, teething and/or difficulty with nursing or sleeping.
